Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 July 2026
1. Overview
This website is operated by United Global & Co.
Throughout the website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to United Global & Co. We offer this website, including all information, products, services and tools available through it, to you subject to these Terms of Service.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
By accessing unitedglobal.uk, browsing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
2. Business Information
Trading name: United Global & Co
Website: unitedglobal.uk
Email: support@unitedglobal.uk
You must publish accurate business contact information, including an address and email. Online sellers must also provide relevant company and VAT information where applicable.
3. Eligibility and Online Store Use
By using this website, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old; or
- You have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the website and place an order.
You must not use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
You must not introduce viruses, malicious code or other technology that could damage, disrupt or interfere with the website, our systems or another person’s use of the website.
4. Product Information
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements, colours, materials and other information are accurate.
However, colours may appear differently depending on the screen, device or display settings used by the customer.
Measurements are approximate unless otherwise stated. Customers should review the applicable size guide before placing an order.
Products supplied must remain as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for any purpose expressly communicated and accepted. Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights concerning faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods.
5. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it. A product may become unavailable before checkout or before the order is accepted.
We may limit the quantities of products available to an individual customer, household, address, payment method or order where reasonably necessary.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include:
- Offering a suitable alternative;
- Cancelling the unavailable item; or
- Issuing a refund to the original payment method.
6. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
Where applicable, prices include taxes required to be included under relevant law. Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be displayed before you complete payment.
We may change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing error.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and payment information.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may be processed by Shopify Payments or another authorised payment provider.
We do not store complete payment-card details on our own systems.
7. Promotions and Discounts
Promotional codes, sales and special offers may be subject to additional terms displayed with the promotion.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
- Only one discount code may be used per order;
- Discounts cannot be applied after an order has been completed;
- Promotional offers may have an expiry date;
- Promotional offers are subject to product availability.
We will not use false availability claims, misleading countdown timers or inaccurate promotional information. Shopify requires merchants’ marketing, product availability and pricing claims to be accurate.
8. Orders and Contract Formation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us.
After placing an order, you should receive an order-confirmation email. This email confirms that we received your order, but it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
A binding contract is formed when we:
- Confirm that the order has been accepted;
- Dispatch the order; or
- Otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.
We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance for legitimate reasons, including:
- The product is unavailable;
- Payment could not be authorised;
- Billing or delivery details appear incomplete or inaccurate;
- We identify an obvious pricing or product-information error;
- The order appears fraudulent or unauthorised;
- The order breaches purchase limits or these Terms.
If payment has already been taken for an order that we cannot accept, we will refund the relevant amount to the original payment method.
Online sellers must clearly explain payment, pricing, delivery and ordering steps, allow customers to correct mistakes and confirm the contract in a form the customer can save.
9. Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact support@unitedglobal.uk as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has entered processing or has been dispatched.
If cancellation before dispatch is no longer possible, you may exercise any applicable return or cancellation rights after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
10. Delivery
Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and charges are displayed on the website or during checkout.
Delivery estimates begin after order processing and are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed delivery date.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please contact us promptly if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that the address can be changed after processing or dispatch.
We will inform you where reasonably possible of any material delay affecting your order.
Unless another delivery period has been agreed, UK distance-selling guidance generally requires goods to be delivered within 30 days.
11. International Orders, Customs and Import Charges
For deliveries outside the country from which an order is dispatched, customs duties, import taxes or handling charges may apply.
Where these charges are not collected during checkout, the recipient may be responsible for paying them to the appropriate customs authority or delivery provider.
Any applicable customs information will be communicated as clearly as reasonably possible before purchase.
12. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Returns, order cancellations, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Customers purchasing eligible goods online may have a legal right to notify the seller of cancellation within 14 days after receiving the goods and then a further 14 days to return them. Statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged, unsafe or incorrectly described goods continue to apply.

You are responsible for checking:
- Product selections;
- Sizes and quantities;
- Billing details;
- Email address;
- Telephone number;
- Delivery address.
We are not responsible for delays caused solely by incorrect customer information, although we will take reasonable steps to assist where possible.
14. Third-Party Services
Some services made available through our website may be provided by third parties, including:
- Shopify;
- Payment processors;
- Delivery providers;
- Analytics providers;
- Customer-support services;
- Marketing and advertising platforms.
Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for independent third-party websites that are not controlled by us. Customers should review the applicable terms before using those websites.
15. Intellectual Property
All content made available through the website, including text, branding, logos, graphics, product photographs, page designs and original written material, is owned by or licensed to United Global & Co unless otherwise stated.
You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

16. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content
Where you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that:
- The content reflects your genuine experience;
- You have the right to submit it;
- It does not infringe another person’s rights;
- It is not unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory or misleading;
- It does not contain malicious code or unauthorised advertising.
We may moderate or remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable law.
We will not knowingly publish or commission fake or misleading reviews.
17. Prohibited Uses
You must not use the website:
- For unlawful or fraudulent activity;
- To impersonate another person;
- To submit false payment or delivery information;
- To interfere with website security;
- To collect another person’s personal information unlawfully;
- To distribute spam, malware or harmful code;
- To infringe intellectual-property rights;
- To attempt unauthorised access to accounts or systems;
- To interfere with another customer’s use of the website.
We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
18. Personal Information
Personal information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, stored and shared, as well as the rights available to customers under applicable data-protection law.
19. Website Availability
We aim to keep the website available and functioning correctly. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security updates, technical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We will not be responsible for losses caused solely by a temporary interruption that could not reasonably have been prevented, subject always to rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
20. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- Breach of statutory consumer rights;
- Faulty goods;
- Goods that are not as described;
- Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to the above, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses suffered by a customer purchasing primarily for commercial purposes.
UK consumer terms cannot validly exclude responsibility for death or injury caused by negligence, faulty goods or goods that are not as described.
21. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control
We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:
- Severe weather;
- Natural disasters;
- Transport disruption;
- Customs delays;
- Industrial action;
- Government restrictions;
- Telecommunications failures;
- Widespread service interruptions.
This section does not remove any statutory remedy available to a consumer.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to:
- Our business operations;
- Our services;
- Applicable laws or regulations;
- Shopify or payment-provider requirements;
- Security or technical practices.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Changes will not unfairly alter an order contract that was already accepted before the updated Terms took effect.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or removed only to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
24. No Waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and United Global & Co concerning your use of the website and purchases made through it.
26. Governing Law
These Terms and contracts formed through this website are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Consumers living in Scotland, Northern Ireland or another jurisdiction retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections applicable to them and may have the right to bring proceedings in their local courts.
